Refund & Return Policy

  • Keep the proof of postage or receipt for your records and any necessary follow-up.
  • Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel.

Return Postage Costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage, except in cases of faulty items.
  • Items returned in a non-saleable condition or that are opened/damaged may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Receiving Your Refund:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends), though it often happens sooner.

Faulty Items:

  • For any faulty items or issues with your purchase, please contact us through our support ticket system.
  • Our team will assist you and provide the necessary forms for the return.

Important Notes:

  • All returns, including faulty or unwanted items, must be reported through our ticketing system. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

  • Use a tracked service for returns; for items valued over £50, consider using an insured service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

International Orders:

  • We are not liable for orders seized by customs. It is your responsibility to comply with your country's customs regulations. We do not accept refunds or chargeback claims for items seized by customs authorities.
